Froggaloo is built around a simple principle: the parent or legal guardian is the account holder, the purchaser and the primary provider of any personal information.
Children are not encouraged to independently submit personal information, create purchasing accounts, subscribe to marketing communications or make purchases on Froggaloo. Where Froggaloo offers child-specific personalization — for example a personalized birthday greeting — that information is provided and managed by the parent or guardian, not the child.

The policies in this Privacy & Legal Centre are early, working drafts. They set out Froggaloo’s intended approach and principles, but they are not yet final.
