- Froggaloo’s legal entity name and registered business address
- Governing law and jurisdiction for any dispute
- A dedicated contact for legal notices
- Final terms once membership and shop functionality launch
Who these terms are for
Froggaloo is a website intended to be used by children together with, or under the supervision of, a parent or legal guardian. Any account, membership, purchase or subscription on Froggaloo is intended to be created and managed by an adult parent or guardian — not by a child.
Using the Froggaloo website
You may use Froggaloo for personal, non-commercial, family enjoyment of its stories, videos, music and other content. You agree not to use the website in a way that could harm Froggaloo, other users, or the children the site is designed for — for example, attempting to disrupt the site, collect information about other users, or use the site for anything unlawful.
Accounts
Where Froggaloo introduces accounts (for example, for Froggaloo Family membership), the account is intended to be created and held by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the account and for any activity on it. Children may enjoy the content through a parent’s account, but are not intended to create or manage accounts independently.
Content and intellectual property
Froggy, the Froggaloo Friends, and the stories, illustrations, music, videos and other creative content on this website belong to Froggaloo and its creators, except where otherwise stated. You may enjoy this content for personal, family use. You may not copy, redistribute, sell or otherwise use Froggaloo’s content commercially without permission.
Printable items, such as coloring pages, are intended for personal and family use (for example, printing at home) rather than commercial redistribution, unless we say otherwise.
No child-to-child interaction
Froggaloo does not currently offer child-to-child messaging, public profiles for children, or public comments from children, and we do not intend to introduce these without explicit future review and appropriate privacy and safety safeguards.
Membership and purchases
Where Froggaloo offers a membership or shop, additional terms apply — see our Membership Terms and Shop & Purchase Terms. Purchases and subscriptions are intended to be made by a parent or guardian; the website is not designed to encourage a child to make an independent purchase.
Third-party links
Froggaloo may occasionally link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
Disclaimers
Froggaloo is provided on an “as is” basis. While we care deeply about creating a gentle, reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Froggaloo’s features develop and as they are formally reviewed. We will update the date on this page when changes are made.
Governing law
The governing law and jurisdiction that apply to these terms will be published here once confirmed.
Contact
A dedicated contact for legal questions will be published here before public launch.
