Membership Terms

A Froggaloo Family membership is intended to be purchased and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Children may enjoy the membership’s content, but the account, billing relationship and any communications about the membership are with the adult who joined.

As described on the Froggaloo Family page, membership is intended to include a new monthly collection of bedtime stories, sing-along songs, sleep and calm music, and printable coloring and activity pages, along with ad-free access to Froggy videos, early access, a monthly surprise, and a personalized birthday greeting for your child. The exact content, cadence and pricing are still being finalized and may change before launch.

Membership content is intended for personal, family use by the member and their household — for example, printing a coloring page at home, or listening to a story together. It is not intended for commercial use or public redistribution.

We expect Froggaloo Family to renew automatically (for example, monthly) until cancelled by the member, and that members will be able to cancel before their next renewal to avoid being charged again. The specific cancellation process, notice period and any refund policy will be published here once membership billing is live and finalized.

Where a member uses the personalized birthday greeting, the relevant child information (such as a first name and birthday) is intended to be entered and managed by the parent or guardian, used only to create that greeting, and not displayed publicly. As Froggaloo Family develops, its content, features or pricing may change. We intend to give members reasonable notice of any material change before it takes effect. Specific notice periods will be confirmed at launch.
